One flat amount for the whole venue, however many spaces it has. It covers hosting, a visitor report every month and one refresh day a year.
The largest space is full price, and the next one you capture that day is 25% off.
The first 30 miles each way are free. After that it is £0.45 a mile, the HMRC rate, both ways. Past 200 miles each way, a night away at £95 is added. All of it goes into the fixed quote, never onto a later bill.
